Don’t Leave Jesus in the Tomb
Resurrection Sunday is a powerful reminder that Jesus is not in the tomb—He is risen, and His victory over death changes everything. As 1 Peter 1:3 tells us, we have been given “new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” That hope calls us to live differently—to walk in holiness (1 Peter 1:15), stand firm in trials (1 Peter 5:10), and look forward to the new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells (2 Peter 3:13).
